Sims 4 event rewards disappeared
I don't have an error code or anything. I completed the Cozy Celebrations event on either Jan 3 or Jan 4, I don't quite remember. All the rewards were working perfectly until I updated the game today...

Re-installed the game and now I don't have access to ANY of all the events rewards, and I had pretty much most of them. I know the items can be just downloaded from the gallery (not fun anyways), but the traits were the main reason for wasting so much time doing the events. How am I getting them back? I dont want to play the game without that content.
