Sims 4 Gallery Android App

Hi, idk where to post this, so I'll take a punt and hopefully an EA Guru will offer a solution/answer. Since 5th Jan I  cannot successfully sign into the Sims 4 Android App. It states the  password ...

    We shut down the app and support for it back in, August 11, 2017, The Sims™ 4 Gallery – iOS, Android (Free-to-Play). Link to the site: https://www.ea.com/service-updates/r-z.

    For your question, we shut down the app and that is why you can't log in to it today.

Thanks,  checked the linked info and notice the app has been apparently defunct since last year! 

Thats weird,  because I had been still using the gallery app up until the morning of 5th Jan, then in the evening all sign in details vanished and failed every login attempt.

OK that's a shame,  the Sims 4 Gallery App is now officially dead.
