Sims 4 Gallery

@magblossom19, yes, if you access the Gallery from the game it automatically will be in your game.  To find your downloads, click on the My Library tab and the downloads will be there.  From there you can click on each individual download and put it where you want in your game! 🙂

As @PugLove888 described, that is how you get downloads from the gallery, true true true... but I thought I would mention something that confused me recently. When I download from the in game gallery (when my game is running and I go to the gallery inside the game) they show up in my library right away, but if you download in the browser in the EA gallery https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery , they are not in my game until the next time I start my game. Probably everyone but me is thinking duh, but I was assuming they would sync once refreshed, as they do when I upload from inside the game, but they don't seem to sync for me in the other direction (downloading) until I restart my game/Origin.

@kreatora Thank your for pointing that out! Apparently the times I uploaded to the gallery must have coincided and I didn't make the connection in the same way, as when I downloaded I was instantly checking for it in my library and made the connection right away. That makes way more sense anyway. 😳 Glad you pointed that out! 🙂

@magblossom19 When you first load your game (before selecting which game to play, if you have more than one) - before you click the huge green 'play' triangle, in the upper left corner you will see, to the left of the three dots, an icon with a pile of two photographs. Click on that. There are tabs at the top of the pop-up window. The one that says "Gallery" is the community gallery (uploads to the shared, EA Gallery). The tab on the right, "My Library" is where everything you have added to your own gallery/library lives. If you are inside a game (already clicked the big green 'play' triangle) it is the same 'photographs' icon in the upper right corner, there are just a couple of more options to the right of it there... it's on the left in the upper right corner.
