Sims 4 inventory..

So, when I play my game a few things disappear from my sim’s inventorys and I have no idea how to fix this.. please help? 

also when I have oversize crop fertilisers in my inventory there is no option to use them on my plants.. please help :(

    If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
    With the oversized crop fertiliser issue, is there an option to harvest them?
