Sims 4 keeps getting stuck on the loading screen

Hello, I was able to play The Sims4 normally until a few days ago. However, starting two days ago, whenever I try to play a my sim family by clicking on a lot, the game gets stuck  on the loading sc...

Hi, I'm not the original poster, but I'm having the same issue. I've done everything she has, and I did everything you suggested, but there is no new lastexception file, and I don't know what to do anymore.
