sims 4 latest update

hey guys, i was wondering when a new update is coming out to fix the bugs from the recent update? everytime i go onto create a sim and leave my lot, my npc sim who moved in with me outfits reset to her old ones. i have to go to manage worlds then back into my lot for it to be my outfits i set for her
