Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.
Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for the suggestion. However, I have no idea of what your instructions means.
I am completely lost in everyone's instructions because it is assumed I am very familiar with this coding stuff. I am spending a lot of time on You tube trying do what is asked of me. Therefore, I am currently interacting with Sims differently.
Watch one member consistently giving me the same info and closing my thread, articles not giving me the case creation option to officially resolve my concern through the company, and reading advice written in a language I do not understand, I have decided to seek out someone with more tech experience to go through these threads and execute everyone's suggestion; while I wait on a resolution from the BBB.
This update has been a very unpleasant experience for me; however, it has made me appreciate the dedication the Simmers are to the game. I truly respect the community more and very humbled by this experience.
