sims 4 packs

i haven't played on my sims 4 since October last year and everything was fine i go back on today update and everything only to find out the packs that i purchased are not showing up in the game library i have  tried updating the app repairing everything even tried redeeming the codes again, has this happened to anyone else and how did they fix it. Also could the mods be causing something

    You need to make sure that you sign into the same Ea account that you earlier had bought the packs on. The packs should then be there.  I hope that this helps.

    yeah its the same account but when i press repair and i go on the queue you can see that it been down loaded the packs they have just vanished on the game and the manage add ons
