Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save. See if a sim can use the seance table. Consider getting the complete seance set instead of the individual items Not that it should make a difference I just find it easier to do that.

As already metioned in my orginal post, I moved all my mods out of the folder, deleted localthumbcache and also already repaired my game. Nothing seems to work.
I used the pre-made room, I used a pre-made house and it still doesn't work... It seems like the animation just breaks and then it doesn't queue up.
