SIMS 4 (POORLY DECORATED)

So i see alot of threads about this problem and fixing alot in Build Mode. I happened to het a haply sim by replacing some furniture with Eco-Friendly furniture or accessories. If anyone else has anymore tips please let me know. Im playing on PC.
