Sims 4 problem

Hi! Please help me. I'm playing Sims 4 on a MacBook air m1 8gb ram, and while playing, when I click on the sims, the menu comes in slowly, but when I click on furniture, it goes quickly, but if I send them to bathe, they go in with clothes on and it takes time for them to get naked!
