Sims 4 Problems..

Every time I play my game, about 2 hours in it freezes, my sims freezes, I cant click on anything, even when I close the game to save it, it stays on the loading screen. I always either end up force closing it or let it load for days which it still stays frozen within those days I dont' close the game. It's been doing that for a few months now. One time after an update one of my sims were deleted.. There are many more things I could say about things that  go wrong with my game.
