@DAVIDD1799 @gigiluigiiscool It looks like the expansions are no longer on sale in Steam. I loaded the website in a new private browser window, and they all show as $40 U.S. for me. They're on sale for $20 on ea.com though, except for HSY and Growing Together.
I'm not sure whether you're seeing the sale in-game because of a cache issue or because the game is picking up the data from the EA App, which should show the same prices as ea.com. But either way, if you buy directly from EA, you should see the sale price, at least as long as the sale is active. You could then download the pack(s) using the EA App into your existing Steam install, and everything should work together.
Or you could wait for the next Steam sale of Sims 4 content, which is probably only a few months away at most.
Its on sale on epic games, if I buy it through there will I be able to play it with my other packs that i purchased through Steam?

@DAVIDD1799 You could probably make the Epic content show up, but that would require jumping through extra hoops and I can't promise that everything would work together properly. The reports I've seen say that if you install the game from Epic or the EA App, then launch it once through the Epic launcher, the packs bought from Epic then show up as usable in the EA App. You could then reinstall the Steam version and use the EA App to install the packs you bought from Epic.
Or you could buy the packs directly from EA. I just checked, and the sale is still active as of right now. I know that EA App-owned packs work with a Steam install because lots of players have content spread between Steam and the EA App.
