Sims 4 This is not the update I was looking for...

January update, first one of the new year drops, finally I've been checking for it for weeks as I have so many fundamental issues in my Sims 4 game. But this is the update we've waited so long for....really?!?

So I have between 60 and 70 glitches and bugs in my game. I've reported most of them while I figure out what are bugs and what are not.

From CAS to DHD, to 5 broken careers, broken freelancing, broken interactions, skills, crashing and dozens more problems. Since DHD and cottage living it's been ridiculous.

I've waited months for a major bug fix to address some of the issues, but the updates are getting smaller. It feels out of touch to say the least. I mean, for a winter update, this is tiny.

Meanwhile cottage living is heavily advertised on the homepage and it's caused so many issues that it just feels a bit oblivious. I read an article that had the opinion that cottage living and it's associated patch actually "broke a lot of the base game". New content is being heralded and again I just think there's way too much fanfare over that when adding more content to a broken game...well I added Blooming rooms and Eco Living against my better judgement and I have only myself to blame.

I love this game, for 20 years I've loved this game. But these patches and updates, they're just nowhere near good enough. Sorry but they're really not.

If you call another country(help-line) by careful from the cost. I had to make a call in another country and the cost alone for each minute was expensive.
