Sims can't use the toilet or shower

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.59.73.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion, game, and stuff pack except for Moschino.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By selecting to use any plumbing object in a "crowded" room. ( I put crowded but I don't believe the bathroom is crowded all objects are at least one space away from each other and no move objects was used.)
What happens when the bug occurs? I select to go to use the toilet or shower and the sims complains that there is something in the way. For example if I click to use the shower they will complain that the toilet is in the way even though the toilet is at the opposite end of the room.
What do you expect to see? For my sims to be able to bath and use the toilet without the bathroom being so large in order for things to work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. 1.58.63.1210 patch

The Image attached is of the size of my bathroom.

  • I did remove all mods to see if that was the issue but my sims still couldn't use the plumbing, and it only seem to happen on my home lot.

@magicbanana27  For the toilet.  I notice there's toilet paper roll visible next to the toilet.  Try moving that to another location.   I've had it happen and it's usually the toilet paper roll that's causing the blockage.   For the tub, since the walls are down around the tub location, is there anything on the walls around it above the tub like a towel rack?  If there is, try moving that.  Also, if you've placed anything in the room with MOO on, that can cause what you're seeing and it doesn't even need to be in the same room at times.  It could be an object on the other side of the wall as well if you placed an object with MOO on that might be protruding into the wall.  I had it happen with stairs and it took awhile to figure out that it was being caused by a Barfy doll I had placed at an angle using MOO.
