Sim's Game Does Not Load with Toddlers

Hello - this is a very weird issue I have been dealing with recently. My Sims game has recently broken but I went back and got my save files, mods, etc. (I tested the mods and made sure this isn't a mod issue as everything has been updated or deleted for the Life and Death expansion pack/patch updates) However, after I finished redoing all of my Sims outfits, the two toddlers they have has broken the loading screen. Without the toddlers in the household, my game runs perfectly fine; However, with them, it is an infinite loading screen. For background: it is a mom, dad, and two toddlers, and as I stated, only the toddlers have issues loading. Also, I have loaded the other households I have and they load fine also, it is just these two toddlers as the other families with their children load fine. 

I just wanted to ask if this issue is even fixable or if I should cut my losses and make new toddlers.
