Sims not able to use shower or sleep animation

my sims will have the needs go up for eating sleeping showering what have you but they just stand their. they can walk around if you tell them too and the only action they can actually do is watch tv...

I've been having this issue too! Do your sims also do the washing hands in place thing or getting stuck on the toilet? I've deleted all my tray files and repaired my game and updated all my mods and it didn't change. Better Exceptions tells me the issue is constraints.py
