The same exact thing is happening to me, I don't know what to do. My sims are still being romantic and are doing very well actually, but it is a very annoying pop-up.

same problem with my sims. the pop-up doesn't let them woo hoo but they seem to be able to do the other actions?, even if the pop-up interrupts/appears.
