Sims not listening to commands, standing there idle

I’ve had this issue once before but removing the laundry day pack seemed to fix it, not this time my sims will not listen they’ll do things on their own and walk over to the item I want them to interact with and they just stand there doing nothing. It’s making the game unplayable. I DONT have cc or mods installed and it’s still doing it
