Haven't used the app in a long while so don't really know how you would go about it.
It might be best to ask the creator of the page directly.
There's also a thread here: https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/896868/the-plum-tree-family-tree-tool/ where the creator seems to answer questions about it.
