So my family and I are a big fan of the series and we were completely thrilled to have werewolves join the pack (pun intended) and recently I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be great to have Vampires...

Playing as a vampire, you can earn vampire power points and unlock the Vampire Creation power which will allow you to turn other sims into vampires. You have to order the sim to perform the action though, so I'm guessing that is not what you meant. I haven't tried werewolves yet but you have an interesting idea for a scenario.
