Sims won’t shop on second floor of retail shop

This is my first time playing a sim owning a retail store, and I have noticed that no customers will shop on the second floor. The items up there are set for sale, and there’s nothing blocking their p...

Did you download it from the gallery and was it made with moo enabled? Sometimes that can result in a sort of 'hidden' railing blocking the staircase. Trying controlling a sim manually and directing them to the top floor to see if they can walk up there.
