Sims won't interact with objects or each other

Where did you buy the packs you have ? On Steam, EA app or EPIC ? Do you own them all on the same platform ?

Most were purchased on the Origin app when that was the main platform, then the EA app when it switched over. I bought a physical copy of Snowy Escape at Walmart and registered it on the EA app. I don't use any other platforms.
