Sims4 club gatherings - broken menus and unable to save,

Hi after dating a sim, I played club gathering for Paragons as was at same location, I found that during gathering - long gathering after few hrs, could not access the sims menu bar in bottom right hand corner, nothing would work when I went to each pane, nothing would show up, then I tried to send my sim home, did not work, so I tried to save game from the dots top corner, game would not save, at this point screen went black with just menu bar at bottom with sims sentiments still popping up with gathering still running , but the screen was black, the upper right hand menu was also showing, I pressed C to take screenshot, but game did not save it, then I tried to go to save and go to manage worlds, at this point everything went black lost all game screen, but the transitional music played, I had to end task, at which point I found an exception in notepad, please see file below, game updated to latest patch, pre July/August patches game was 100% working fine, now crashes and full of bugs , unplayable and broken, PLEASE FIX, I also found during a sim date could not ask her to be girlfriend, yet first kiss was there but no other options to further relationship apart from some enter a relationship pane. I have attached error log below. I did have the new MC Command Center and the latest andirz smart sim cheats installed as was working through fixing my households that would not show in CAS, these two mods are latest and did not cause the crash
