Sims4 Error 134:12e29241 - Being unable to play, anyone else??

I can log into the homepage, and then when I go to actually play, it says error 134:12e29241:aa830a7c I contacted EA and they told me it was a bug, and to keep an eye on the forums for an answer. ...

Gamegame000-  Try a double load: load the household, get an error, and try again to load that same household, without quitting or exiting to the Main Menu.

If that doesn't help, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load this household and see whether the game creates a new LE.  If it does, please attach it to a reply here, using the paper clip button.  You'll need to delete the first line of the LE file before it will attach properly.
