@2iy521faYou should be able to use the bb.enablefreebuild cheat when you are on the lot - It allows you to build on otherwise locked lots, such as the Active Careers' Science Lab, Police Station, and Hospital.
If you can use mods, you can use the Bus Upon a Time mod by Ravasheen to "visit" the career lots without having to be in the career. Makes getting there to edit a little easier.
Could you link the mod please? I'm not able to find it in Curse Forge... They only have "ISO Love Photos - Full Control Camera" and "Uplifting Elevator Portals"
I found it with Bing using the search term, bus upon a time mod. The mod is out of date right now, so that might be why you couldn't find it at Curse Forge.
