rmcubacrig5v​  You're gonna have to find out on your own.  As I understand it, that's an Android tablet so you'll need a PC emulator.  Then install the EA app and the base game, both. which are free.   You're going to need enough memory to meet the minimum game specs and a good amount of storage for the game files and user folder too.  Minimum specs are here:  The Sims™ 4 System Requirements for PC, MAC - Electronic Arts
