Skin overlay for all ages only showing up in adult

I’ve downloaded a few skin overlays from thesimsresource that say the skin overlay is for all ages, but when i go into create a sim, the skin overlays i downloaded are only in adult, not in toddler o...

@ClemForPresident When using third party content you should also ask this question at de developers/makers website.

  @ClemForPresidentI understand it is sad but unfortunately we won't be able to fix your (or better said) their problem.
  This is one of the downsides of using custom content and/or modifications.
  
  When you are not satisfied and is doesn't work the way is supposed to, I would delete it and search for better content or just leave it the way it is.

    Its just that i downloaded so many overlays that said for all ages and every single one of them arent showing for other ages, so im worried it’s something wrong with my game or something im doing wrong
