Solar Panel Disappears from Household Inventory

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansions, game packs, and stuff packs installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a solar panel (I used the roof one, on a roof) and then put it into household inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? The solar panel disappeared from my household inventory both times I did this.
What do you expect to see? I expect for the item to be in my household inventory when I start placing items in my house.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
When I resize a room causing the solar panel to automatically go into my household inventory or I deliberately put the solar panel into my inventory to make changes to my lot, the item disappears and isn't in my inventory when I intend to put it back on my lot.
