Hm, I played a flat at Spice Market yesterday, and the festival area was pure chaos. When was the festival fix patched in? My game was updated late January, but I did not DL the birthay pach yet. Will the festival areas be cleared immediately, or will it happen gradually as festivals come and go?

Can't help with your dating issue, as I hardly ever sent my sim on a date...
