Thank you @EA_Cade , yes I already tried to see if my provider had flagged the emails as Spam, but the folder is empty. What I don't understand is why only the ones from AHQ don't work, while the ones from EA do.
I didn't want to complain, I had already opened a report in EA - General Questions, but ultimately they advised me to wait or contact Help Center. Unfortunately, however, the latter does not deal with AHQ but only with the EA account.
Regarding your response (which gave me clear insight), if I change the email address first on my EA account page, does it automatically change on AHQ Settings as well?

Once you change the email on your EA account you may need to log out and back in on AHQ to see the change reflected here as well.
