Specific Lot Won't Upload to the Gallery

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to upload a residential lot to the gallery.
What happens when the bug occurs? I press "Upload to Gallery" like I used to in the past and get the loading circle. It will stay there and never process the gallery request. The gallery runs but nothing uploads. 
What do you expect to see? I expect for the gallery request to be processed and for my lot  to be published to the gallery.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Everything worked fine until the Grim Reaper Event started.
