Community ManagerHi @OxanaKSims , can you try also clearing the game's cache by deleting the localthumbscache.package file located in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 ?
So, for the sake of experiment, I downloaded from the Gallery and placed my house in the clean game. Didn't change anything. Tried to upload it again to the Gallery, but nothing worked. Eternal loading.
