steam to EA

Before this whole steam/origin to ea switch, on my windows computer i bought sims and atleast 3 packs, all bought through origin/steam. After the switch happened, i had bought a new pack on EA on my windows and all went well. I no longer use windows, but now the only pack that works is the one I bought on EA. Steam doesn’t work either and steam says mac and sims aren’t compatible. I want to get my moneys worth, what can I do to play with all the packs? Or fix this issue or do I contact EA so they can give it to me…? But i doubt that such a large company can be so generous especially with one of its big purchases

    Hey there Aillym

Steam is not available for Mac, so any packs you've purchased directly through Steam would not be accessible on a Mac. You'd need to repurchase these packs from the EA app instead to continue playing.

If you're interested in a refund on those Steam purchases, you can reach out to Steam support so they can review your billing information and check your refund eligibility.
