The first two are known issues with their own bug reports, both here at EA Forums and also at EA Answers. There's no need to keep making new threads about them.
This is the first I've heard about Sims dying when getting on broomsticks. That seems likely to be a mod problem.
It's also the first I've heard about Greg being missing. By the way, Greg's full name is Greggorious Lunvik, not Gregory Sims, unless you're talking about some other Sim. That might be why you think he's missing if you're looking for the wrong name.
Long lists of bugs are usually not helpful. It's much better to limit each thread to one issue, or a small number of closely related issues, so that people trying to help you can focus on one problem at a time.
