With the new storybook nursery kit that came out, the clothing item in build mode called “little boutique clothes by 330 main” only shows the hangers in the photo and when you try to place them on the “lavish ones wall shelf” it sticks out like 2 sims feet from the item and wall.

Not sure about the placement issue though - that would be good to get a picture of. It placed okay for me on Mac.
If you don’t want the clothing to stick out put it on the lavish ones clothing rack.
I’m having the same placement issue.
