@crinrict Yes, I tried it at first without mods/cc to see if that was the problem. At first, I did have outdated mods that I could narrow down, and from there, I could access other households, but I still couldn't access the lot. I downloaded the lot from the gallery 2 years ago, and I've been using it since; it's located in Henford-on-Bagley, which is notorious for issues, so maybe it finally caught up to me? I got to the point where I'm able to move out the family with all the furniture included from the map, and from there, I accessed the family inventory, where I got a long stretch of lag, and when I placed something/removed anything from build/buy, whether it was from the family inventory or not.
This specific save file has also been around for 7+ years at this point, I feel like that's important as well.

Sorry, not english native so I'm having a hard time understanding the bolded part on your quote. Could you load the lot after all furniture was gone ?
