Stuck on "Attempting to Connect" on the Gallery

a few days ago i turned 16 and finally got the gallery. everytime i try to connect to it tho, i get stuck on the "attempting to connect" pop-up and my only option to keep playing is to click "stay of...

It sounds like your EA account hasn't been fully upgraded yet to allow you online access- this isn't something we can look into over the forums since we don't have access to your account details, so live support will need to investigate into this further with you and make sure your account now has full access.

me too!! it worked up until about a few weeks ago (which is when i turned 18 so im wondering if it has anything to do with that)
i've repaired, restarted, and done pretty much everything but nothing is working
