stuck on save to library

i cant save households to the gallery or library, i just get stuck on the saving screen forever. no mods, and ive tried repairing the game and that didnt help either

Hi @vampir4318 , have you tried clearing the game's cache to see if that helps? Simply delete the localthumbscache.package located in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4.
