Stuck on week 3 of the Grim Reaper quest

I've completed all the tasks but the section listed as The First Ingredient wait for the ambrosia society newsletter. I keep getting between 3-5 in the mail all saying the same thing. I caught an angelfish, but it will not check off the need for the newsletter. Yes I have tried to restart the game. No I have no mods as I'm playing on Xbox. Anybody know how to check this off?
