"Submit Book for Approval" Option

@MsChloeP  How did you start the book?  Did you start it using the Freelance career option or did you use the write book options?  If I remember correctly, to get the option you are trying to find, you have to start the book under the Freelancer menu rather than the Write menu.  Once started though, if you have to stop writing for some reason, then you can still get to it through the Resume Book option the Write Book menu and you still get the option you are looking for.  It's been a while since I played a sim in the Freelancer Writer career but I seem to remember running into that too when I first tried it.
