Yes I use cc and mods and ive never had an issue with my teen sim going to prom it just leaves me on the loading screen for hours

They get outdated with patches and need updating so make sure it's not them causing the issue, I don't use cc or mods currently and I'm having the same issue. I'll get the notification around Wednesday saying to get ready for prom, it shows up on my calendar, but 7 pm on Saturday rolls around and I don't get the little 'go to prom' thing but my sims still get negative sentiments from it.
