The Child (Baby Yoda) Statue Missing From Game

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I honestly don't know. You either have it or you don't.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't have The Child statue in my Build/Buy Mode menus.
What do you expect to see? The Child statue should pop up when I the it in the search bar.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've tried to find him in two different builds, the first being one I've used for over a year, the second being a brand new one I created just for this situation, along with a new Sim in a new location. Neither build worked and he's still missing from my game entirely.
