@LirraFlirra Having run into this the other day and let the game just keep going till it built the lot, I ended up regretting it as loading that same lot is now also a problem. The Gallery lot I have the issue with is a jam-packed pre-For Rent lot, and I suspect there's something about the lot that is currently causing problems -- maybe just too much MOO involving debug items, or something else similar to issues that seem to be responsible for causing endless lot loading now. I recommend using Task Manager to exit the game and just giving up on that particular build.
