The More Choices Video Station issue

I've searched for an answer and whilst there are some similar issues, none are quite the same and even their suggestions don't work.

My sim was using the video station from Get Famous with no issues. However it seems that as soon as she joined the Simfluencer career she cannot use it (or a recent update, the only 2 changes). She either waves and has a cloud with the image of the station in it (not the cancelled footsteps) or sometimes will go over to it and immediately the action disappears and the station appears to be on and recording but she won't do anything. Alternatively, if I select to make a lifestyle video on the station, she goes to do sit at a computer but despite completing the action, nothing else happens.

A few important points: I have moved the station outside to check there isn't an obstruction, I have replaced the chair with multiple others (including low back), I have tried to sit her on said chairs first but the same happens, I have no clutter on the station, I have replaced the station, I have deleted cache, I have repaired the game, I have quit her career, I have reset both station and my sim, I have no cc or mods. I have almost all the official packs (10+ years of playing!)

Nothing works. Any ideas? Its never happened before.

    little_jaustin​  I tested this and you are correct.  A sim will not use the vid station to do the reviews despite the fact that the vid station has the options to do so.  The sim will go to a computer instead.  Tbh, I never tried using the vid station for this when I had a sim in the career.  I always used computers and didn't realize the options were there on the vid station until testing this post. 

    So, the only question is: is having the options on the vid station the bug or is the options not working on the vid station the bug.
