The Sims 4 - drag needs bars up and down w/ testingcheats?

How do I drag the sims' needs up and down with testingcheats in The Sims 4?

In the sims 3 it was possible to drag each individual need bar and relationship bar which I found very useful. In the Seasons live stream one of the gurus dragged the needs bars up, but I can't do this on my Sims 4 game. Does this mean it is only something the developers can do?

    The current version is but note that Mods (and CC) needs updating as the game itself is updated.

    I miss this Sims 3 cheat! The closest i've found is with testingcheats on to use this code:
    fillmotive {motive_type} Will fill the specific need of a sim. example:
    fillmotive motive_social or fillmotive motive_hygiene

    And for Vampire thirst:

    fillmotive commodity_motive_visible_vampire_thirst
