The Sims 4 Nordic Keyboard Hotkeys (Lifting an object)
So, I know hotkeys "work" differently on a Nordic keyboard. (I have a Finnish keyboard and It's the same kind of keyboard as those in Sweden so I'm assuming most Nordic countries have the same one.)
At the moment, if I want to resize objects, I have to use å and ´. It's simple enough, but for lifting and lowering objects, it's not that easy. ☹️
Usually you do that with brackets, or ctrl and brackets. Which, on my keyboard, would be 9 and 0. 0 works well enough when you want to lower objects, but 9 is where the problem's at.
Pressing 9 does raise the object, but it also throws the camera at a weird angle far away from the house. I know i could always just keep pressing 9 until the object is too high for sure, and then lower it with 0, but it's super annoying to lower something by one too much, and it still doesn't help that i get a bit motion sick from the way pressing 9 alters the camera angle.
Any solutions that isn't changing the keyboard layout?
@purplescales It sounds like you might have saved a camera position to 9 (clicking ctrl-9 would do so), and clicking 9 again will move the camera to that position. If that's the case, alt-9 should clear the setting.
