Time Traveler event week 2 broken

Have have completed making the traveling component and the game isn't acknowledging that i completed the task. I have reloaded the game and all it does it restarts some of the task I have already completed. However I have zero more time shards to make another traveling component. So I can not finished this weeks event it seems to be bugged. 

Anyone else having this issue? 

_I have zero mods installed on my game and it is a new save to complete the event.
