Today is July 28th, why can't I download my pre-ordered: The Sims 4 High School Years?

    Hey @warmandcozy744,

    The Sims 4 High School Years is releasing today at 18:00 BST according to Origin, so it's unfortunately still a few hours away. I have a little timer set for myself, I'm very excited.

I was unsure of this as it said buy when I entered the Microsoft Store, instead of preorder 

Should I uninstall it and try again later?

@muntedvoid I think you can just leave it installed if you don't have issues.

I'm really unsure what it is, tbh.

EDIT: Merged this with another thread. Seems it's confirmed by a EA CM now

    I've tried vanilla game, updated game, now way past release time and the world has gone missing, even though I pre-ordered. Now 19:41 UK BST. Mac OS Monterey. Thank you for any help.

    Editing to say I checked on Origin, I paid for it, so where is it?  Who can I get help from please? I haven't got money to burn. I was so looking forward to this new EP!

      @Gednaa I was having the same issue and I have just completely restarted my computer and it seems to have worked as the pack has started to download

        @bassplayer_909Thanks.  A restart did nothing for me. It just says on my EA account page that I've paid and it's not been delivered. ☹️

      same thing for me super upset and EA is no help so far, pre ordered it and it says I need to buy it but if I turn my wifi off and on the download button appears but it doesn't work?! please help! I didn't spend 40 dollars for nothing.
