It's the next day, 14 hours after I should have the pack. When I login to origin account billing it says next to High School Years "We've billed you for your order but some items may not have been delivered yet". That's not helping me, nor is logging into the link given earlier, as it seems to be for people happily playing the game and posting screenshots of it. I am on a Mac running Monterey, but I see this thread now says Xbox One. What do I do please? I've wasted a lot of money. I've dealt with customer support before and no way am I doing a whole factory reset of my Mac again! Disastrous! Thank you if anyone can help or direct me to the right thread for Mac in this forum.
@Gednaa I play on pc and am having the same issue. it's so weird.

Did anyone download through a place other than origin that maybe I'm not allowed to mention here? (Clue - when you boil a kettle!) I know a fix but will have to get permission to share it. It's not going to help the rest of us though!

@Gednaa I didn't.
I've been checking every thread that's reported a similar issue. found a fix that worked for some console players. nothing for pc yet, though.

The one I was going to post has now been taken down as it's fixed for those players. What about the rest of us?
